Titus Andronicus is an indie rock band which formed in Glen Rock, New Jersey, United States in 2005. They consist of Patrick Stickles (vocals, guitar), Ian O’Neil (guitar), Ian Graetzer (bass), Andrew Cedermark (keyboards, vocals) and Eric Harm (drums). The band is named after the 1584 play by William Shakespeare.
In the beginning, there were only three people in the band. At one point, there were eleven people in the band. Today, there are five people in the band. They take their name from a Shakespearean tragedy. Titus Andronicus recorded an EP at Marcata Recording that summer. The EP in question will see official release soon, but not anywhere in North America. A seven inch or two is/are said to be coming out in the next few months. Titus Andronicus practice at Ian’s house. Titus Andronicus like to scream and carry on at excessive volume. Titus Andronicus like songs which are fast more than songs which are slow. Titus Andronicus think slow songs are okay sometimes. Titus Andronicus never sing about love, only hate. Titus Andronicus have no hope for the future. Titus Andronicus believe only in nothingness.
