Hello friends, my name is Wendy Austyn. First things first, I just married the man of my dreams, Michael Child. He happens to be one of the most talented (and most attractive) musicians I know, and being married to him is a party all the time. Alright, now lets get down to the nitty-gritty. Im a singer/songwriter from Colorado Springs. I am currently working on my 3rd project, a new EP. My first project, Mr. Mystery was released back in the summer of 2009, and my second project, The Sparrow EP was released in the fall of 2010. I would say its about time for a 3rd!
I am deeply in love with music. I hope to make it my whole life. I am inspired by most things I see around me; traffic, history, politics, love, hate, and everything in between. I probably have this "inspiration ADD" to thank for my hundreds of half written songs and unfinished ideas. Its a never ending and deeply satisfying process.
